This job works Warren about once a week. This is about all of Warren gets anymore as far as rail traffic. Back when the steel mills were running there were atleast 4 major railroads that serviced Warren. While driving around you can still see a lot of whats left of railbeds, bridges, and even abandon tracks that havent seen traffic in many years.

Description:  At 12:51pm on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, local OCS1 led by OHCR #7591 (GP10) led its train south on Norfolk Southern's Youngstown Line, crossing CSX's New Castle Sub at CP Center Street. Of all of the Ohio Central locals that I have caught heading into NS's Haselton yard, I have never caught one working push-pull style. On the rear of today's train was OHCR #7573 (GP10).

Description:  At 11:06am on Wednesday January 6, 2016, OHCR #7573 (GP10) and OHCR #8713 (GP11) led five ARMN refrigerator cars up the steep hill on Ohio Central's Youngstown and Austintown Branch from the CSX interchange at YANDA to Austintown. Essentially the only regular customer on the line, the cars are headed to United Freezer and Storage Company on Meridian Road. This photo was taken looking east off of I-680 northbound.

Description:  To deliver the cars to the siding, Ohio Central must pull past the switch and reverse back down the winding siding to United Freezer and Storage Companys loading docks. At 11:20am on Wednesday January 6, 2016, OHCR #7573 (GP10) and OHCR #8713 (GP11) delivered five ARMN refrigerator cars down the siding.
