Don't believe this is the Broadway Limited. View is to south, sun is to the left so it's obviously a morning shot and the Broadway wasn't scheduled to leave Chi until 4:30 PM. This is probably the equipment for the South Wind, the only Pennsy morning departure from Chicago likely to have carried an obs car during this time frame. I think this is probably the backup move into the depot, as the power appears to be a single switcher or Geep, and not the normal brace of E-units.
