Here is an image of a photo of a youthful Ed Kaspriske at the throttle of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1453 in 1954. #1453 is a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during July of 1917 and retired in September of 1956 after 39 years of faithful service.
