Pan Am's SAPPI-4 with MEC 510 - CSXT 2548 and 17 cars crosses over Rt. 23 in Fairfield, Maine near the border of Skowhegan. They will arrive shortly at the paper mill and tie down just west of the crossing at the entrance.
