Byerly. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Fred Byerly. Shown here (R to L) is Penn Central Railroad engine #4605, an E33 (C-C) electric built by General Electric as Virginian Railway number "136" in December of 1956, rated at 3,300 horsepower, acquired by the Norfolk & Western Railroad and renumbered "236," acquired by the New Haven Railroad and renumbered "305," and absorbed by the Penn Central and renumbered "4605." The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. This photo comes from a color slide set entitled "Electric Railroading ~ Penn Central and Pennsylvania Lines" that's produced and distributed by Blackhawk Films of Davenport, Iowa (868-7).
