Gotta love those tight chain link fences!! When Binghamton rebuilt the Chenango St viaduct over CR some years back-in the 90's if I recall-they put up a similar fence, but were good enough to make openings in it so photographers could still get shots through the fence. It wasn't perfect, and you still had to get shots through the links sometimes. Like the signal shot, good illustration.
