Coal Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide (converted to B&W) of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6399, a B-6SB (0-6-0) built in Juniata during December of 1926 and retired in April of 1958 after 32 years of faithful service. Along with a TrainPhone-equipped "Pacific," it's parked just East of the Altoona Station awaiting the arrival of the next passenger train. The photographer's name and the date are not recorded.
