The "Bayonne Scoot" rounds the curve at Wesmont Station with a 3-car train bookended by ex-CNJ GP40Ps (CNJ 3683 and CNJ 3672). This is the 4108's first day in passenger service since July 24th, 2014. It has since been "overhauled" and converted into a non-revenue locomotive. Today it is filling in as a cab car along with four of its sisters on other trains across the Hoboken Division. The train is passing the mostly empty and quiet grounds of the former Farmland Dairy facility. |
