24th Street. Here is an original photo that I took of Pennsylvania Railroad property in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on 29 November 1964. Shown here is a southerly view of SLOPE Tower, located just East of the 24th Strdet Bridge. The little white specks visible in the photo are snow flurries!
