Long Bridge Park is also great for spotting planes going in and out of Reagan Airport.         
If you yet lucky you can catch a train in plane in the same frame, something I never managed to do in focus. The aircraft in the picture is the US Airways Philadelphia Eagles logojet, an Airbus A319.
