| Starting in 1955 the Milwaukee Road entered into a passenger train partnership with the Union Pacific. As part of the agreement equipment in pool was required to be painted in UP’s Armour Yellow and Grey Harbormist livery. The Milwaukee Road applied it to all passenger equipment as they found the scheme more durable than their orange & maroon paint. |
