Mel Turner General This Cape gauge locomotive was built by RRL Grindrod Locomotives Pty Limited in Pretoria South Africa. It is painted in CFCO (Chemin de Fer Congo-Océan) blue livery and numbered CC1202. Unit has been at Mount Vernon (on Standard Gauge bogies) since at least November 2012. Classified by RRL Grindrod as RL30SCC-3, it is basically a GT26C clone 3/5/2013 7:39:25 AM
