William Grimes	General	Oh and a little more history for you... The U.S. Army got the GP16's from CSX in 1993, then sent them to Conrail's Junita Locomotive shops to be 'remanufactured'. When they were completed, Conrail put a 'GP9M' builders plate on them. If the date on this photo is correct then the 4636 must have just been assigned there.
