One of the new developments since I moved away from NY City five years earlier was a retro paint scheme, somewhat similar to the New York State colors used from the mid 60s, when MTA took over the railroad from the Pennsy, til 1977 when the blue and white scheme was adopted. Here, MP 15 161 rolls away from the camera in the new scheme on its way to Oyster Bay. |
