Description:  BNSF 1746 (originally mis-typed (fumble fingers!) as 2339) middle of the working class threesome down in the old lower yards between United Grain and the Sewage Plant (I mean, "Wastewater Purification Site") in a few moments of sun before the rains return. (I just noticed this reported out as a GP38-2 (When it was mis-identified!)... I thought that meant double axle on each end, not SD-style triple axle with lounging decks... 'course, I'm also the world's worst at power ID, so take the question for what it's worth.)

Maybe Ill need to share these a little more often amidst the growing uniformity of the Class I color schemes (and further hints of continued mergers... speaking of which, last I heard, the CP take-over of NS is dead; which should completely revive my bNSf rumor.)
