FSF. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by David R. Sweetland that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, in May of 1960. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8851, an AS-16MS built by the American Locomotive Company in January of 1952 and rated at 1,600 horsepower. On the Ward Trucking Company siding are several "wagon-top" boxcars recently reconditioned at the PRR's Samuel Rea Shop in Hollidaysburg. Photo taken from the 4th Street Footbridge.
