Album Info:Track 2 westbound signal displays Aspect Approach Steady amber/yellow over Steady Red re NORAC Rule 285. NORAC= Northeast Operating Rules Advisory Committee. Permission given from Cotton Valley Rail trail Club to use their 11th edition of these rules. 70-300mm telephoto lens used. This is a continuation of the album MA -2 east track 2 with tank cars. Description:  MA-2 has just passe the westbound track 2 signal which ahs changed from Approach to STO and Proceed. NORCA Rule 291. Stop, then Proceed at Restricted Speed until the entire train has cleared all interlocking and spring switches, (if the signal is an interlocking of CP signal) and the leading wheels have Passed a more favorable signal or entered DCS Territory DCS= Form D Control System NORAC Rule 400. 70-300mm telephoto lens shot
