Description:  Believe this is a BM62 class baggage-mail car. Ahead of it is LIRR 2037, the parlor club car Onteora. This was the second Onteora, and was rebuilt from LV 1000, club diner Tuscarora Club. The car was later part of a railroad-themed restaurant in Marietta, GA for many years, and was scrapped in 2009.

The car was formerly DL&W 790, built by Budd in 1949 as a tavern-lounge-observation car for the "Phoebe Snow." The car survives as Metro North track inspection car #2. Date approximate.

Description:  The Greenport "scoot," made up of RS3 1560 and a single "ping pong" coach, has just arrived at Ronkonkoma and discharged its passengers, who will shortly board an FA-led push pull set for the rest of their trip west to Jamaica.
